Grace is playing soccer and I (Steve) took Grace to meet her soccer coach Saturday morning and have a short practice. The coach was really nice and Grace played really well. The coach brought sugar coated donuts and Grace was excited to have one. When we got home Lindsay asked Grace what she did.
Grace responded, "I got a donut with sugar on it." (Obviously the highlight of the practice.)
Lindsay followed up, "No, I mean what did you do?"
Grace quickly answered, "I ate it."
Lindsay and I just looked at each other and started laughing. Grace is pretty silly, but always honest.
