Today, Gavin and Grace played over at their friends' house. Thank you, Stacy. And I was ALONE.
Very strange.
But fun.
I blasted the radio and painted. And loved it.
Now if only I could experience this a little more. Like once a week :) I still love my kids, and they still miss me. Example: Right after we arrived home, Gavin snuggled up and put his arm around me while watching a movie. Then promptly told me "You sit right here!" It was fabulous.
But a mom needs her alone time. Especially the creative type. So it was wonderful.
Now only 221 days till Kindergarten.

You definitely need to start up a babysitting co-op! They're perfect for getting breaks. I drop my kids off at least once a week (and in return you watch other's kids for "tickets"). Let me know if you want details...it's the best invention ever! jensaanderson@hotmail.com
yes, a babysitting co-op would be great!! but I'd only last til the baby came and could return til I got down the newborn thing again. glad you had a great time...its refreshing to do something with out little hands all over everything!
