As I drive Grace to preschool, she is singing at the top of her lungs, "It's the best day EVER!!!. It's the best day EVER!!!"
And to her, it IS the best day ever. She's in charge of snacks today at preschool, and I get to read her class a story. And if that wasn't enough, she and Aliza also have dentist appointments. Yes. They love the dentist THAT much.
But all her ranting got me to reflecting on how this was MY best day ever, too.
Reason #1: I got out of bed this morning and could instantly walk. It's been about a week and a half since I've been able to do that.
Reason #2: All kids were ready for the day by 9:30 AM. Yes, impressive with an injury, I know.
Reason #3: TJ Maxx AND Home Goods just opened up down the street from us. And I was walking well enough to GO IN. Grace was like "TJMaxx, whoo hoo!" as we pull in the parking lot.
So yes, it was a good day for me, and I hope it just keeps getting better.

I went in on Monday to TJ maxx and home goods! I didn't spend anything, but I was very well tempted to!

Last week I pulled into the parking lot of Marshall's and Ash, who didn't know we were going, recognized the sign and said, "NO. I hate this place." poor kid.

Have you heard the "The Best Day Ever" song from Spongebob? Do you think Grace has an obsession...my kids are obsessed with spongebob and the Best Day Ever song. Anyways, hope you are doing better and as always we love all the pictures and humor on your blog:)
